Conor, Founder of Alchemy Search and brings over a decade of experience in financial and tax recruitment. He has developed a broad client portfolio, especially within the ecommerce, professional services, oil and gas, and fintech sectors. His recruitment expertise covers the full spectrum of accounting, finance, tax, and treasury roles—from CFOs and Finance Directors to Heads of Tax and Treasury.
Conor began his career at KPMG UK, where he trained and qualified in audit before advancing into financial reporting and FP&A roles over five years. Seeking a career where hard work is directly rewarded, he transitioned into financial and tax recruitment.
After several years working with a major recruitment agency in Dubai, Conor identified a gap in the market for specialist finance and tax talent. This inspired him to launch his own firm, where he could offer tailored recruitment solutions.
He believes that dedication yields results and is committed to supporting finance and tax professionals in accomplishing their goals. Conor is passionate about success, driven to make a positive impact in the field, and dedicated to nurturing talent.
