The second quarter presented considerable growth for our business, with a revenue increase of 45% compared to the first quarter. The majority of our roles, 65% to be precise, fell within the mid-level category (Financial Manager to Financial Controller), a 10% increase from the first quarter. However, the senior market experienced a contraction with the percentage of vacancies falling from 33% in the first quarter to 13% in the second quarter. As we transition into the summer months, we project a slowdown in senior-level recruitment. Nevertheless, we anticipate robust activity in the entry-level and mid-level hiring sectors.
