Financial Controller

Alchemy Search is recruiting a Financial Controller for a leading Manufacturing and Construction client. This role offers full ownership of industrial plant finances, with direct influence over strategic business decisions.

About the Role

Our client needs a seasoned Financial Controller who can bridge finance and factory operations. You'll partner with plant leadership and senior stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and inform key strategic decisions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial operations for an industrial plant
• Deliver strategic financial insights to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with internal teams, auditors, and regulators
• Travel regularly between sites to maintain operational oversight

 Requirements:

• Qualification: ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CMA (mandatory)
• Manufacturing experience: Required — no exceptions
• Factory operations exposure: Hands-on experience essential
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently
• Stakeholder management: Proven track record
• Strategic impact: Ability to translate data into business decisions
