We're looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial operations and strategy for our Dubai-based consulting firm client. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive financial excellence while supporting business growth across the Middle East region.
Essential Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) required
- 8+ years progressive finance leadership experience
- 5+ years in senior finance role within consulting or professional services
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and local compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- UAE/Middle East market experience preferred
