Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a leading media organization based in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to take ownership of a comprehensive accounting function within a dynamic and growing industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to support senior management decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting across projects and departments
• Oversee the end-to-end finance function, including day-to-day operations, month-end close, and financial controls
• Manage accounts receivable collections and supplier payment processes to maintain healthy cash flow
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate financial data into meaningful business insights

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4–5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the UAE market
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven experience managing full-cycle finance operations within a structured environment
• Arabic language proficiency (native or professional level) is a mandatory requirement for this position
• Strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, creative industry
