Tax Manager

An ambitious international real estate business is growing fast across the GCC — and they're building the team to match. As their first dedicated tax hire, you won't just be managing compliance. You'll be shaping the tax function, advising senior leadership, and playing a real role in how the business grows across the region.

The Role

This is a strategic position, not an execution-only role. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to guide tax decisions across a complex, multi-jurisdictional business. The focus areas include Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2, with broader exposure to regional tax matters as the business expands into KSA and Kuwait.

You'll have genuine ownership of the function from day one — and the room to build it the right way.

 What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Direct Tax: Manage direct tax matters across UAE and GCC operations, balancing compliance obligations with proactive tax planning opportunities.
• Transfer Pricing:  Oversee intercompany transfer pricing — documentation, policies, and alignment with both regional and international standards.
• Pillar 2: Guide the business through its Pillar 2 readiness, working with leadership to assess group-level implications and ensure a considered response.
• Regional Tax: Support wider GCC tax matters beyond the UAE. Experience in KSA and Kuwait is a strong advantage given the direction of the business.

 What We're Looking For

• Currently working at Tax Manager level or equivalent
• Strong Direct Tax background with solid GCC experience
• KSA and/or Kuwait tax exposure is a significant plus
• Comfortable advising senior stakeholders on complex tax matters
• A collaborative approach — this is a relationship-driven role as much as a technical one

• Location: UAE-based candidates only
• Work Model: 5 days per week in the office
