The founder of Alchemy Search, Conor, has over ten years’ experience in financial & tax recruitment. He has a wide client base, predominately in ecommerce, professional services, oil and gas and fintech, and covers roles across the accounting, finance, tax and treasury fields, with positions ranging from CFOs and financial directors through to heads of tax, and heads of treasury.

Conor, an experienced finance & tax professional, began his career training and qualifying for audit at KPMG UK before taking on a range of financial reporting and FP&A roles for five years. After this, he made the switch to a financial & tax recruitment role to find an environment where hard work would be rewarded.

After gaining several years of experience at a large recruitment agency in Dubai, Conor spotted a gap in the market for specialist financial & tax recruiters and took his chance to become an entrepreneur.

Conor firmly believes that hard work pays off and with Alchemy he hopes to help finance & tax professionals achieve their ambitions. He is passionate about success and eager to make a difference in the field of financial & tax recruitment.
