James is a Non-Executive Director of a number of fast-growing, market-leading recruitment businesses, including Alchemy Search.  He is also Co-founder of The Recruitment Network (TRN), the most exciting community of recruitment leaders across the globe and Karmavo, a venture capital business focused on the recruitment and staffing sector.

He is both an optimist and an opportunist and thrives on positivity!

Outside of his advisory work across the recruitment sector, James is involved with a number of charities, passionate about sailing and is an active Ironman triathlete.
